hola!
..
hi!
i'm just preparing my next embroidery workshops at Casa Sagnier
and this time i wanted to try something new like hand embroidery quilting
i got really inspired by zakka patchwork and sashiko technique.
love simple stitches repetition, love cozy quilts and fluffy surfaces.
here are some examples of things we are going to see: Kantha quilting, applique and
some vintage needleworks that look like this japanese quilting embroidery,
"simple things work great"
can't wait to try this technique, i feel really inspired!

Eva these are brilliant examples of the beautiful things that can be made with simple stitches. I am going to be teaching a stitching class soon too, and I will refer the students to your examples (if that's OK!).
